Guacamole with Tomatillos

A refreshing guacamole recipe with heart-healthy ingredients.

This guacamole dip is made with heart-healthy avocados, nutrient-rich tomatillos, cilantro and red chili peppers.

Guacamole with Tomatillos

In a blender or food processor, pulse tomatillos, cilantro and chili peppers until smooth. Mash avocados in a medium mixing bowl. Add tomatillo mixture to avocado. Sir in lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.

Serves 10.
